Rod McCowan, Ph.D., is a global executive coach, professor, and strategic change leadership expert. He has spent more than three decades helping CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior teams navigate high-stakes transformations across the corporate, public, and social sectors.
Rod is the Founder and Chief Catalyst of Accelerance Group International, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development firm. His coaching is evidence-informed and practice-tested—drawing on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, expert performance, executive coaching, strategic change, and strategy execution research. His work equips leaders and teams to lead with clarity, integrity, and impact in today’s most complex environments.
